Ring Guns At Rock Island Auctions

If there was ever an award for "most curious, and probably most useless" firearm, the "ring" gun would definitely win the prize.  Unless you're trying to annoy your target during a card game, I can think of more effective means of hurting someone.  I first saw one of these on Pawn Stars, and after personally handling the one Rick bought, I was hooked.  While it may not be a useful piece of gear, the ones I have seen since, have all shared one thing in common ... they're an extremely well-made piece of gear.  Not much is known about the history of these guns, but I've seen three models.  A collection of them is for sale at next month's Rock Island Auctions.  Do a search under "ring" or "Petit" and they'll come up (two of the guns come in a box labeled "Le Petit Protector."  I wonder if you could wear one of these past TSA?
